Quick reference

Main steps:
 -   build a latex dictionary using:

    -   dict.sty style
    -   dictionary environment,
    -   term command,
    -   bigletter command when necessary

 -   run latex d
 -   run dicttex d
 -   run latex d again
 -   run dvips -o d.ps d  do make the postscript file
 -   if you want run a2ps or smallbook to make dulex book ready to print.
