This command is not intended to be used independently. It is used in
conjunction with C<nat-ipfp>, C<nat-samplea> or C<nat-sampleb> and
C<nat-post>.

Translates the co-occurrence matrix after the application of
EM-Algorithm. The dictionary is an intermediary format used by
C<nat-post> to write the dictionary on a readable format.
