To generate/regenerate the bindings:

   swig -perl5 -c++ -o FreeLing_wrap.cxx freeling_perlAPI.i

Then, take Bindings.pm and move it to the lib/Lingua/FreeLing directory

IMPORTANT: THIS IS NO LONGER THE DEFAULT FREELING SWIG FILE!!!
